The Complete Contest Rules
Make a 30- to 60-second trailer for Lynn Messina’s Savvy Girl and post it to YouTube at www.youtube.com/group/SavvyGirl.
By submitting a video you are giving Lynn Messina permission to use your video to promote her
book, Savvy Girl. Videos will be judged on quality and originality. A panel of judges will
pick their favorite entry. The grand-prize winner will be awarded a Panasonic SDR-H60 camcorder.
A second prize will be awarded to the video that gets the most votes at SavvyGirl.us. The first
five people to enter will each get a free signed advance copy of Savvy Girl.
Deadline for submissions is midnight, August 15, 2008.
Winners will be notified on or before August 20, 2008.
Submissions should only be for Lynn Messina’s novel, Savvy Girl. Please use only
original materials. Use of copyright materials such as clips from movies and television will not
be accepted. Clips that are clearly not legitimate videos or are in any way inappropriate will
be rejected.
Provide contact information. Please add your video from your own YouTube account or
include contact info in your profile.
